Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PlateCost's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Service Description
PlateCost provides AI-powered food cost tracking, menu engineering, waste prediction, and automated supplier ordering tools. Features may vary by subscription plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to manipulate supplier pricing data, misrepresent food cost information, or engage in any unlawful activity.
5. Data Ownership
Your operational data (recipes, costs, supplier information) remains your property. PlateCost retains rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and platform.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed per location on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
8. Limitation of Liability
PlateCost Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits from menu pricing decisions. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
